Isabelle Richard O’Neel, a Certified Public Accountant for 14 years and a US citizen herself, arrived in Switzerland in 1997. Her experience with preparing U.S. tax returns and other related services for individuals includes working at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) as well as a private Geneva-based tax preparation firm. For several years now, she has been running her own successful tax business.
